Give kudos to manager. Really enjoyed that we had central heating, pay TV and a writing table in the double room. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Satisfied with the property, it's a characterful base for staying in Claremont. All the staff was friendly. The restaurant was located within 600 feet.

The room was very spacious and the breakfast was NICE, good choice of options. Liked that they had onsite restaurant The Orchard, no need to go somewhere else. Fantastic service overall. It was a wonderful experience.

Great location to visit the colleges. Clean and friendly. I'm very picky about hotels and would stay here again.

Room was for my daughter's wedding night. Booked on Booked.net. When I paid they only charged me for one night and not the reservation for 2 nights. They gave my son in law a hassle about the reservation. Then they wouldn't accommodate an early check in. They enjoyed the room but I wouldn't recommend this place again

Bed was very comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly. Nice layout.
Restaurant was poor value and completely lacked atmosphere. My daughters stay was spoiled by noisy neighbors but not the fault of the hotel of course.

I thought the front desk girl checking me out was either having a bad day olr it was going to hurt her face to smile. Did not overall meet my expectations compared to other Double Tree Hotels I have been to.

housekeeping irregular - times and services. one very slow elevator for the building - used by guests and staff both.
